We are a U.S. Government Small Business Concern who manufactures special tools for a variety of military and commercial engines. Our revolutionary new system for boro blade blending of jet engine compressor blades. Originally developed in conjunction with Rolls-Royce for use on the U.S. Marine Corps Harrier aircraft, this system can be easily adapted for most other jet engines.

Precision Machining and Manufacturing

The core business of Rhinestahl since 1967. State of the Art CNC machining equipment coupled with years of job shop experience makes Rhinestahl the best logical choice for custom precision machining. From large fabrications to precision fixtures and complex assemblies, we have the expertise in-house. With an electronics engineer on staff, electro-mechanical tooling is no problem. Coupling our four horizontal gear shapers and our many years of spline cutting experience, we are experts in gear shaping.

For close tolerance machining of large parts, CNC equipment such as our Horizontal Boring Mill (X,Y,Z axis travel 98.4” X 70.9” X 57”) and Vertical Turret Lathe (71” swing) are capable of holding tolerances of up to .0002”.
