Reports to the Production Manager and assembles complex fixtures and tooling from aerospace blueprints in a job shop setting. Assemblies include electromechanical, hydraulic and mechanical fixtures and tooling.

Requirements:

All candidates must have a background in job shop machining. Must be able to build complex tooling from components and minimal instructions.

CNC VERTICAL MACHINING CENTER MACHINIST

Reports to the Production Manager and is responsible for programming and running precision tool and fixture parts on Mazak or Hurco conversational controlled CNC machining centers.  Must be able to work from complex blueprints in a precision job shop environment.

REQUIREMENTS

All qualified candidates must have a minimum 5 years experience programming and running precision parts in a job shop environment.  Hurco Ultimax or Mazatrol controller experience preferred but not required.

CNC LATHE MACHINIST

Reports to the Production Manager and is responsible for programming and running precision tool and fixture parts on Mazak Mazatrol controlled CNC lathes. Must be able to work from complex blueprints in a precision job shop environment.

MANUFACTURING ENGINEER/PROCUREMENT

Quality Inspector

Reports to the Quality Engineer and is responsible for detail part inspections from complex blueprints and daily reporting of Quality Assurance activities as specified in Quality Policy and Procedural Manual.

Job duties include:

• Complex surface plate layout
• Detail machined goods inspections.
• Use of various gages and coordinate measuring machine.
• Completion of inspection reports
• Calibration of gauges.

REQUIREMENTS

All qualified candidates must have a minimum 5 years inspection experience of complex machined parts.

Saw Operator

Reports to the Production Manager and operates saw to cut raw materials to required lengths. Unloads trucks and receives materials.

Welder

Reports to the Production Manager and is responsible for layout/welding of precision components. Machining experience a plus. Must be able to work from complex blueprints in a precision job shop environment.

REQUIREMENTS

All qualified candidates must be able to pass GTAW certification test for stainless, aluminum, 1018/A36 and 4140 heat treatable alloys.
