User friendly and versitile

Rhinestahl’s FutureDrive® is very simple to set up and use. One technician uses the controller—or foot or hand switch—to move blades forward or backward, one at a time.

Intuitive operation

No programming required. FutureDrive® is simple to use and can be set up in minutes. Simply connect the cables, attach the drive motor and plug it in.

Completely control the process

Move blades automatically or manually in any stage in any order. The control makes it easy to flag damaged blades for future reinspection. Audible feedback is provided for fail-safe operation.

Inspect a wide range of turbine engines

FutureDrive® adapters are available for all popular commercial, military, marine and industrial engines. The self-seeking power supply works with electrical systems worldwide and can even be run on aircraft power.

Preprogrammed for your application

The FutureDrive® unit comes factory programmed with the engines you specify. Your equipment can be easily field-updated for other engines—in less than 15 minutes.

’I like it for ease of operation. It’s increased our inspection quality and consistency, because in manual inspections the guy who’s turning the engine invariably cranks too fast. With FutureDrive®, the inspector controls the rotation while inspecting the engine.’

—Dave Struthers

Inspector for United Airlines
