The FutureBlend™ system allows the operator to insert a precision grinding and polishing tool through a 6mm or larger borescope port to perform blade blending.

Blade blends can be done while the engine is still on-wing.

 
FutureBlend can be combined with a flexible fiberscope to allow viewing of the blend in progress.
