Coupling our four horizontal gear shapers and our many years of spline cutting experience, we are experts in gear shaping.
For close tolerance machining of large parts, CNC equipment such as our Horizontal Boring Mill (X,Y,Z axis travel 98.4” X 70.9” X 57”) and Vertical Turret Lathe (71” swing) are capable of holding tolerances of up to .0002”.
