Splines
Specialized gear shapers allow us to produce internal and external splines in straight and complex parts and shafts, up to 30 feet long. The horizontal configuration of our equipment also enables us to cut splines in large one-piece constructions and parts with blind holes.
Programming software
Surfcam and other sophisticated CAD/CAM software allow the programming of our machining centers offline. We are fully capable of utilizing direct electronic data in IGES and other industry standard formats.
Quality Assurance
Our Quality Engineering staff assures that we are continually improving our processes, making our shop as efficient as possible. QA is an integral part of our production control process, assisting our engineers in process planning and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
