Valued Rhinestahl CTS Partners, Customers and Suppliers,

The global COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak continues to be a concern for many people. We understand the uncertainty, and we can assure you we’re continuing to monitor developments daily.

We have activated our preparedness plan, and we continue to monitor the rapidly evolving situation. We are following guidance from federal, state and local agencies, including the CDC and other health organizations.

Rhinestahl has implemented the following steps to safeguard our employees’ health and to ensure their ability to serve our customers and to support our valued suppliers.

  • Encouraging our employees to closely monitor their personal health
  • All personnel that can work effectively from home are remote. All IT systems have been validated to support this scenario effectively
  • Suspending business air travel to certain countries as recommended by the United States Government
  • Limiting travel and visitors to essential meetings only

Rhinestahl is confident in its ability to continue to produce and to distribute high quality products to our customers. We have a healthy backlog and a trusted and diverse supply chain that spans multiple regions and countries. We will continue to execute to our normal supply chain management process to meet our customers’ needs and expectations.
