To all Rhinestahl customers:
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to show a global presence, we felt it was important to communicate a status update from our organization during
this critical time. The health, safety and well-being of all our stakeholders including employees, customers, suppliers and community are our top priority
as we provide continued support and service to our customers.
We are closely monitoring the current situation and advising employees and
stakeholders to take necessary precautions for health and safety in accordance with guidelines set forth by the CDC including, but not limited to
increased sanitation, handwashing, and social distancing. Currently, we are continuing to operate normally with no service or supply level impacts. We
are taking the following proactive measures to improve our ability to continue operating effectively:
- Travel: All non-essential business travel has been suspended.
- Meetings: All non-essential on and off-site meetings with visitors including customers and suppliers are suspended. Meetings will be
supported via teleconference and/or video conferencing. Essential meetings require prior approval by Rhinestahl management. Source
Inspections are considered essential. Visitors will be briefed on active protocols upon arrival and be expected to comply.
- Work Remotely: All non-essential personnel who can work from home productively are doing so. This is being done to ensure we limit
interactions with our essential onsite personnel to protect their health and safety.
At this time, we will continue to operate to meet our commitments and deliveries to our customers. In the event of known potential delivery risks or
disruptions arise, we will notify our appropriate contact immediately. We appreciate your support and continued cooperation as we work through
this challenging situation together.
